Come by and say hi to the available adoptees from SOS Saver of Souls Pet Rescue. Saver of Souls are a 501(c)3 non-profit rescue dedicated to helping animals in need. They are located in Hampton Roads, VA and are entirely volunteer-based. They receive no state or government funding and rely solely on donations.
