Lure Coursing is an excellent activity for dogs who love to run! It utilizes an operator controlled continuous looped system of mechanized pulleys and “bait” that simulate the unpredictability of chasing live prey as they pursue an artificial lure around a predetermined course; tapping into their natural prey drive in a safe environment.

Depending on attendance, sign-ups may be closed earlier than event end time to accommodate current participants.
Due to the current pandemic, we ask that you please stay in your car when you arrive. We will come to you (with masks and gloves) to sign you up, and we will let you know when it’s your pet’s turn on the course. We suggest wearing a mask yourself (if possible) when interacting with others, including Care-A-Lot staff in order to ensure a fun, but safe event for everyone!
